As our Consultant, your comprehensive understanding of the interplay between practical design and successful event execution will be invaluable. We require a professional who has hands-on experience in various facets of event management and appreciates the pivotal role stadium functionality plays in producing successful events.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will offer profound expertise in security technologies, physical security procedures, and security operations management. This knowledge will be instrumental when taking part in the design process of new or revamped facilities, ensuring the delivery of top-tier event security to safeguard attendees and staff.
Our design consultant will partner closely with facility operators and architectural design teams, addressing potential threat scenarios and formulating robust mitigation strategies. Key areas of concern include, but are not limited to:
- Design and operations of video surveillance systems
- Implementation of traditional and biometric access control systems
- Intrusion detection and vehicular mitigation design
- Blast mitigation prevention strategies and metal detection design
- Crowd management strategies, and the development of event operations centers
Concurrently, you will utilize your expertise to develop Operational Security plans, policies, and procedures that will guide the facility's overall security approach. These essential documents will encompass a comprehensive facility security plan, an emergency operations plan, a quality control plan, and more.

For our team based in United States, we offer a competitive base salary range between $105,000 and $162,000. This reflects our firm belief in rewarding talent and effort appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Profound knowledge of security technologies and operations: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with video surveillance design, intrusion detection, access control systems, and other security technologies. This includes proficiency in implementing traditional and biometric security measures.
- Experience in Operational Security planning and procedures: A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing comprehensive Operational Security plans, policies, and procedures. This includes creating facility security plans, emergency operations plans, and quality control plans in parallel with the design process.
- Expertise in crowd management and event planning: At least 3 years of experience in crowd management planning, with a focus on both strategic planning and effective response to sudden changes. This includes the ability to balance security measures with the overall guest experience, and the skills to apply both industry best practices and innovative approaches to event planning.
