Overview
TS4 Security Services is hiring professional, dependable, and customer-focused team members for upcoming conventions, conferences, special events, and large-scale event assignments throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Access Control Officers
• Crowd Management / Guest Safety Officers

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be eligible and authorized to work in the United States
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid California BSIS Guard Card
• Exceptional customer-service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and complete required training
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced event environment
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods depending on assignment

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the safety and security of event attendees, employees, vendors, exhibitors, and property
• Monitor entrances, exits, checkpoints, and restricted areas
• Verify badges, credentials, wristbands, passes, and other authorized access
• Perform bag screening when trained and assigned
• Assist with crowd flow, lines, pedestrian movement, and event access points
• Observe assigned areas and promptly report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents
• Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally using appropriate de-escalation and conflict-management techniques
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to guests
• Follow all TS4, client, venue, and event policies and procedures
• Maintain communication with supervisors and follow the established chain of command
• Observe and report all unusual or significant activity
• Complete incident reports and activity logs when required
• Perform other event-security duties as assigned
